Lectio Divina – One of the oldest Bible study methods (circa 550 AD). Pronounced Lex-E-O Div-vE-na, the main idea is that God speaks through his Word if we stop and listen.
Prayer of Examen - An ancient form of prayer used by the saints for over 500 years to develop an understanding of God’s presence even in the most trivial parts of life.
